I am a licensed professional counselor in the states of NJ and LA. I have over 13 years of experience and am passionate about helping adults with ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and cancer. Some of my client focus groups are educators, professionals in the service industry, and those undergoing treatment or in remission from cancer. I utilize a person centered approach, meaning I believe the client has all the tools needed to promote healing and change and that an authentic and compassionate relationship can create a safe space to explore and process that healing and change.
