Aloha, my name is Summer and I from the north shore of Oahu. I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and evidence-based care. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—whether due to anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship struggles, fatigue, chronic pain, grief, ADHD, or major life transitions— My therapeutic approach embraces the whole person, integrating mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I draw from Mindfulness based-CBT, narrative therapy, positive psychology, Jungian and embodiment techniques for calming the nervous system and self-regulation to support your healing and growth. I support individuals healing from antagonistic or narcissistic relationship dynamics, to help them reclaim their voice, improve conscious communication, strengthen self-regulation, and rebuild healthier relationships. As a certified specialist in yoga-based somatic therapy, I incorporate sound therapy, breath, and meditation for nervous system regulation.
