Life transitions can be an overwhelming experience. Changes within relationships, school/ work positions; shifts in family systems, i.e. a new child or struggling marriage; or managing stress involved with parenting/ care-taking. Transitions may lead one to feel unprepared, discouraged, or unheard. With personal experience, in addition to working in the field of mental health and addiction, I have worked to help individuals in navigating through these changes. My hope is to provide support to you/ the family in establishing a better understanding of one's needs, as well as identifying personal and interpersonal struggles.
