In our work together, I will hold space for every part of who you are—your gender, culture, history, relationships—and how these pieces intersect to shape your story. We’ll work collaboratively to understand how your experiences and identities inform the way you move through the world. My clinical interests include working with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are experiencing challenging life transitions, gender and sexuality identity exploration, alcohol and substance use recovery, trauma and trauma recovery, and mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression. My personal journey navigating identity and access to care fuels my deep commitment to providing competent, compassionate support for LGBTQIA2S+ folks. I have experience as a confidential advocate for individuals impacted by sexual violence and as a facilitator for substance use recovery and trauma recovery utilizing harm reduction and trauma-informed care.
