I enjoy working with individuals who are open and ready to work for what they need. They may need assistance coping with daily stress or transitioning to a different stage of life. My hope is that we can work together to establish achievable goals and identify strategies that will be effective for you as an individual. View 4 Photos I am specifically trained in Neurofeedback, EMDR, DBT, CBT, solution focused, trauma-informed, and integrating somatic practices, such as yoga, into therapy. I believe in meeting the individual where they are and using therapeutic techniques that are the most useful in their unique situation.
