I believe each of us have an inherent need to be understood and accepted and that psychotherapy involves building a caring relationship in which clients feel safe and at ease. My goal for our time together is to help you better understand yourself, understand patters behind the choices you make and equip you with coping skills that will enable you to more effectively deal with life stressors. I bring extensive experience to couple/marriage work, resolving sexual issues, integrating faith into the counseling process, identity development and growth, professional development, grief & loss, addiction recovery and co-occuring disorders.
