I am a trauma-informed counselor specializing in developmental trauma, domestic violence, and family conflicts. While trauma work is at the heart of my practice, I also focus on helping individuals and families navigate a wide range of relational and emotional challenges. These include parent-child conflicts, marital stress, intergenerational tension, and cultural dissonance often experienced by immigrant families. I believe that counseling is not just about solving problems, but about reclaiming vitality, inner safety, and connection with oneself and others.
