Trained extensively in Social Work, Psychoanalysis, Somatic Experiencing and with nearly 30 years in the field, Teresa integrates these traditional methods with experiences and studies in Ayurvedic psychology and other holistic healing practices, such as mindfulness, meditation, yoga & breathwork, providing a safe space for healing and growth.
