My role as a licensed therapist is to guide you on your self-discovery and healing journey. I am active in the process of therapy —meaning I will offer encouragement, challenge limiting beliefs, reflect back your inner strengths and help you to explore parts of yourself that you want to understand, start to heal and embrace. I will guide you towards practical tools that you can use outside the session within your daily life. My approach is deeply centered on mindfulness and nervous system regulation.
