I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to providing a supportive, collaborative, and professional environment for children, adolescents, and adults to explore their emotions, relationships, and life experiences. As an immigrant to New York City, I integrate both extensive clinical training and personal insight into cultural transitions, family dynamics, and life changes. I offer services in English and Mandarin to meet diverse client needs. In our initial session, my priority is to establish a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your reasons for seeking therapy at your own pace. We will collaboratively explore your presenting concerns, relevant personal history, and therapeutic goals, without expectation for complete clarity at the outset.
