I specialize in trauma therapy and EMDR for adults healing from betrayal trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions. Many of my clients appear capable and steady on the outside but feel emotionally unsettled inside—often after infidelity, loss, reproductive or perinatal challenges, or long-standing relationship patterns. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to trust yourself or others again, and long for greater emotional safety, clarity, and steadiness. I am a trauma-informed therapist specializing in trauma and PTSD, grief & loss, women’s mental health, & relationship concerns. I use EMDR & attachment-focused therapy to help you process trauma, calm your nervous system, & shift patterns that no longer serve you. In-person therapy is available in ID starting 3/1/26, with online therapy for adults in AZ & ID
