I want to help you achieve that balance you are looking for so you can start living the life you want. I have worked with children and adults for the past 13 years in community mental health, in schools, and in private practice. My training has focused on relieving anxiety, depression and emotional sensitivity by using a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy. I start from a holistic perspective focused on lifestyle. For children, I also use play and art therapy techniques.
