Life can be very challenging at times and we all could use some support along the way. I have experience working with children, teens and adults from diverse backgrounds, with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, ADHD, and life transitions. I view therapy as the process of developing a better understanding of thoughts, emotions and patterns. Since every situation is unique, I use a variety of approaches and techniques based on the needs of each individual.
