Life is hard and we need someone to walk alongside of us. I value genuine connection and believe that growth is possible when individuals are willing to lean into the hard parts of life. I am passionate about joining on the journeys of teen girls, women and families to create a safe space where we can explore pain honestly, build trust, and work toward renewed hope-emotionally and spiritually, navigate emotional challenges, family dynamics, and the many transitions of life. I provide a safe, compassionate, and faith-centered space to explore your struggles, heal from past wounds, and grow into the person you're created you to be. I specialize in issues like suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, self-harm, emotional regulation, and family connections. I understand the importance of aligning mental health care with your values, beliefs and you as the whole person.
