I am NOW accepting new clients! With over 25 years of experience as a therapist, I bring a kind, patient, and gentle approach to the work we do together. I’ve had the honor of helping clients from many walks of life, with a special focus on older adults and the caregivers who support them. Whether you're facing stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, or navigating the challenges of medical illness or dementia, I offer a safe, supportive space to feel heard and heal. I also help families improve communication and cope with life transitions—always honoring each person’s unique journey and pace. I provide behavioral health support in a calm, compassionate space, through telehealth, in private homes, or in residential settings across Florida. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), relaxation techniques, and more.
