Hello and welcome! If you are struggling with identity issues, anxiety, depression, sexuality, self-esteem, life transitions, and/or relationship difficulties, I believe that we can work together towards healing, resolution, and growth. I work psychodynamically with individuals and couples who want to heal past traumas and pain in order to achieve greater self-awareness, acceptance, and freedom. I believe we are all greatly affected by childhood experiences and relationships, and by examining these we can create the space for greater clarity and growth both on an individual level and within current relationships.
