I specialize in helping those suffering from depression, anxiety, self love, grief, loss, parenting issues and relationship issues. I look forward to working with you as I acknowledge you are the expert in your life and I am simply here to help you work through your hardest moments. I utilize the following modalities of therapy to help you get to the core of your suffering; Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy on an individual basis, Solution-Focused therapy, and Interpersonal therapy. With these types of therapies, my goal is to help you find peace and resolution in your life.
