I see my role as a guide, supporting individuals and couples through life transitions. Perhaps you're a young, professional couple pondering next steps. Or you're a 20/30 something, holding complex or nontraditional identities (queer, AFAB, poly, trans, nonbinary, culturally Jewish). You seek deeper emotional, physical, and spiritual intimacy with your partner(s) and self. Maybe you're curious about sexuality and/or psychedelic assisted preparation and integration. My work is trauma-informed, pulls from EFT, IFS, and Somatics, and is attuned to both the tender and the taboo. Together, we deepen self-inquiry, insight, and connection.
