Hi, I’m Suraija Agosto! I work with people who are feeling overwhelmed by life’s many demands—whether that’s anxiety, relationship struggles, career uncertainty, or just feeling stuck. Many of my clients are juggling multiple stressors and want to find a way to feel more at ease, confident, and connected to themselves. I earned my Master’s in Counseling with a specialization in Dance/Movement Therapy from Drexel University. Through this training, I’ve learned how powerful the mind-body connection can be in healing emotional wounds.
