Many of my clients grew up in homes shaped by instability, shame, or unspoken trauma and learned early to be “the good one” while carrying everything alone. I help adults struggling with perfectionism, self-blame, and relationship patterns rooted in complex trauma learn to feel safer in their bodies, trust themselves, and experience deeper connection.
