With over 26 years of experience, I work compassionately with individuals to help alleviate the painful symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, trauma, and loss. Life transitions and events including relationship issues, college, marriage, childbirth, divorce, death of a loved one, chronic illness, and retirement present new challenges and often touch upon unresolved past issues as well. Working collaboratively with clients through insight oriented psychotherapy, I can help to enhance one's ability to make desired life changes, and to provide a greater sense of well being overall.
