I am specialized in working with anxiety, self esteem, and relational issues. I am especially adept at working with those with people pleasing and perfectionist responses. Through our sessions I will facilitate an environment where you can feel comfortable to process difficult emotions, and be real. We will work together to create goals that help relieve symptoms and take control back of your life. My priority is meeting you where you are at, honoring the human in you and letting you show up in your most authentic form while holding space for all parts of who you are without judgement.
