I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and/or difficulty adjusting to life changes. I am committed to helping you discover what you want for yourself and joining you on your journey to creating the life you desire. I can assist you in understanding what may not be currently working in your life and discover new ways to thrive. It is my belief that every individual has an innate ability to learn and grow. While I find that therapy must be highly individualized to be effective, one thing that I provide for all clients is a non-judgmental environment where the client directs the pace and direction of our time together. I am here to meet you where you are.
