With more than a decade as a dual-licensed therapist, clinical trainer, and business owner across multiple states, I work with individuals, couples, and professionals seeking greater clarity and depth. I provide a calm, nonjudgmental space where change is allowed to emerge naturally. Many of those I support are outwardly high-functioning yet feel internally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in familiar cycles. Together, we cultivate insight, integration, and lasting change, alongside sustainable practical skills. Licensed in Mental Health Counseling and Marital, Couples & Family Therapy in Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Florida, my work is person-centered, insight-oriented, and integrative.
