My approach to counseling and coaching combines my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, TM, EMDR, spirituality and other holistic practices that benefit the whole person. My practice is for the treatment of anxiety, depression, women's issues, low self esteem, life transitions, with an emphasis on the role of spirituality in healing. My style is warm, supportive, and focuses in on your strengths to empower yourself to find your healing path.
