Despite the "want" for this, achieving successful outcomes can be elusive. I am eager to work with you in helping to understand the problematic patterns of thinking, feeling, and doing that can keep you from getting what you desire. I practice a psychoanalytic approach and provide a therapeutic presence to explore your unique experience of being you. Together we can work toward a deeper knowledge of yourself which will lead to more emotional freedom and better choices for life satisfaction.
