I have recently trained to use IFS with individuals struggling with binge-eating. Binge-eating often covers up pain or stress that we are trying to avoid. I will work with you to identify the parts of you that reach for food and the internal battles that can occur with binge-eating. If you would like to have more peace around food, I would like to help you with this. I am currently working on recovery around my own issues with food and would love to encourage you in your recovery.
