I am a licensed clinical social worker working with individuals and couples. I work with adults and adolescents (17+) who are dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders and stressors related to life transitions, relationship issues, grief and loss, and family issues, including addiction, adoption, care giving and illness. One of my strengths is providing a judgement-free, compassionate space for you to share your feelings, thoughts, and goals. Together, we work to make sense of old and new traumas and patterns of behaviors that are no longer working and to develop new ones that are more effective.
