I am a New York State licensed clinical social worker with extensive training in working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I support clients facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including depression, anxiety and panic disorders, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, relationship difficulties, social anxiety, and health-related concerns. My approach is client-centered and resilience-focused, with the goal of helping individuals navigate their struggles and work toward a return to pre-crisis status—restoring stability, well-being, and a renewed sense of control in their lives.
