I work with clients dealing with a variety of concerns who are in need of support emotionally and/or trying to solve problems and decide what directions to take in their lives. I have a strong background in women's mental health and recovery issues and also grief and loss. I also have strong experience in assisting clients with life challenges and transitions . I also enjoy working with older clients. We all need someone to talk to, I believe. We can meet for a fifteen minute free conversation to see if we would like to work together.
