I am a cognitive behavioral therapist that uses various modalities and an integrative approach. My clients range from 10 through adulthood. My specialties include: anxiety disorders, OCD, social anxiety, panic disorder and phobias. I am an expert in helping individuals overcome Depression, ADD, PTSD and ODD. My expertise encompasses treating individuals, couples and groups. I am committed to helping people through a process of selecting positive/balanced and a realistic focus, attitude change and revamping antiquated belief systems.
