Therapy starts with feeling safe and developing a therapeutic relationship you can trust. Together, we’ll explore beneath the surface and beyond the symptoms to help you navigate your way. The process of mental healing and wellness happens at your unique pace and part of my role is to hold a safe space for you to let it unfold. I have worked with a diversity of clients facing a variety of issues including relationship issues, life transitions, existential or spiritual matters, vocational stress, and trauma.
