Clients who seek my help are typically feeling depressed, exhausted, and frustrated with their lives.. This weariness makes them feel stuck and unable to move forward. They might feel overwhelmed. They seek someone who will listen to them without dismissing or judging them. My goal is to help clients understand what issues are holding them back. My approach is to meet clients where they are, providing support and understanding, helping them identify their desired path, and exploring the obstacles that prevent them from achieving it.
