I am a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist who has completed Level 3 and advanced IFIO couple therapy trainings on sexuality, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergence. I am also enrolled in a 2 year sexology certification program as well as working toward my doctoral degree. I am a Relationship Trauma therapist and I help individuals and couples heal from the past so that they can enjoy their lives and their relationships.
