I specialize in treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. My work is also dedicated to helping people through stressful circumstances and changing self-defeating habits; also helping people to handle difficult transitions- divorce, trauma, career and financial stress. You may be stuck, but you are not broken. I whole-heartedly believe that we all have the capacity to liberate ourselves from unhealthy patterns, to heal, and to grow.
