Anxiety, depression, sadness, loss, trauma, and anger are painful experiences that can affect one's behavior patterns, ability to cope, and quality of life. I believe in providing a compassionate space where one feels listened to, understood and not alone. From there we will work together on identifying the underlying issues that contribute to the emotional and behavioral challenges, and develop tools and strategies needed for effective ways of coping and healing.
