Reaching out for help when you are in pain takes strength and courage. As a licensed therapist of many years, I work with individuals who are experiencing depression, relationship challenges, struggles with life transitions and grief and loss issues. I also work with couples who have difficulty communicating, are in a pattern of hurting each other and have lost a sense of closeness. I believe that providing a safe, warm and supportive environment and being interactive lays the foundation for a healing and transformative therapy experience.
