My passion in counseling is creating relationships built on safety, trust, and hope, where you feel valued, accepted, and challenged to grow. Life is full of unexpected situations that can become overwhelming at times, and I believe one of the bravest things you can do is to begin to understand your own story. It has been my privilege to frequently work with individuals who have experienced relational trauma, abuse, and/or neglect in its various forms. Asking for help is a courageous first step, and I offer a non-judgmental space for you to be seen and heard.
