Many college and high school students, and adults are struggling with challenges related to managing ADHD symptoms. Anxiety and depression often coexist with ADHD and add another layer of struggle. It is critical for you to work with a clinician who has both knowledge and experience in treating ADHD, which sadly can be difficult to find. I am both a certified CBT clinician, and ADHD Provider. I have 15 plus years of experience in treating ADHD, anxiety, and depression . My treatment approach is friendly and strength based. We will work as a team to develop your goals, learn strategies to manage barriers and improve confidence.
