I believe everyone has the innate ability to change, grow, and heal. I meet clients where they are and create a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment. I see clients as the leaders on their journey and I support their goals. I am a licensed clinical social worker, mother, wife, sister, friend, and animal lover. I have always been drawn to helping people and I enjoy helping people grow and progress. During our first session together, I focus on creating trust and rapport with a new client. The first session is usually an intake session where I gather historical information and ask a client why they have chosen to seek therapy. Together, we co-create a treatment plan and develop the therapeutic goals that the client would like to work on.
