Accepting new clients. Many people are hesitant to seek counseling because they prefer to focus solely on others, even as they suffer in silence. If you are one of these people, you deserve to feel better and to take care of yourself. I assist clients in working through issues that are negatively affecting their functioning and preventing them from being their best selves. I strive to create an environment of support and acceptance in which we can work collaboratively, drawing on their strengths to reduce the impact of those negative core beliefs and thoughts that are holding them back.
