My passion for helping others began long before my formal training and is rooted in a deep desire to guide people toward healing, growth, and empowerment. I bring a compassionate, personalized approach to therapy, working with adults and teenagers to overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and stress. Using mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and stress-reduction techniques, I’ll help you connect with your inner strengths and create meaningful change.
