Hi there and welcome! Whether this is your first time considering therapy or you've engaged in therapy for years, I look forward to getting to know you and figuring out how I might be most helpful. Over the past 12 years, I've worked with many individuals who are neurodiverse, sensitive, and creative. Most have struggled with some combination of the following: intense, overwhelming emotions, anxiety, depression, irritability, impulsivity, substance abuse, disordered eating, unstable relationships, fears of abandonment, shame, self-hatred, feeling misunderstood, identity disturbance, dissociation, self-harm, and/or suicidality.
