I am a Licensed Social Worker (MSW) with over 20 years of working with children, adults and couples in a diverse range of sessions both domestically and internationally. I am passionate about assisting clients in navigating life’s challenges and rewards. My approach is client driven and collaborative. I specialize in therapy modalities including family systems therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma informed care. My goal is to tailor a therapy plan for each individual through evidence-based practice and experiential therapy modalities in a collaborative manner with clients. I currently have immediate availability for in-person and/or remote sessions for individuals, couples and children who reside in either Illinois or Wisconsin.
