Thank you for seeking me to be your guide on your therapeutic journey and get unstuck! As a therapist who too benefited from therapy services I offer a collaborative, strengths-based approach to our work with one another. Leaning on narrative therapy, we will explore your trauma via mindfulness, trauma-focused CBT, interpersonal psychotherapy, and somatic-therapy informed care. I work with a diversity of demographics in outpatient settings including individuals, adolescents, couples, and families, and have facilitated group and youth mentoring programs. I currently write about motherhood and mental health.
