I offer the tools of breath, body, mind, and narrative, to teach you to respond rather than to react. Through mind-body therapy practices along with the spirit of curiosity and creativity, I can help you gain greater clarity in your present life and cultivate more compassion towards yourself and others. Our work will be collaborative. I believe that connection and mutual understanding best promotes healing. I have been practicing social work for 36 years. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults and families. I address themes of trauma, relationships, communication, sexual health and cultural influences. I am licensed in four states (Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and New York), which allows me to provide my services to a wider range of clients.
