As a licensed psychologist for over 35 years, I am highly experience and have worked with a wide variety of clients and couples, helping them to successfully move through their challenges and achieve their goals. Examples of these goals could be relief from anxiety and depression, improved couple or marital relationships, improved relationships with friends or colleagues at work, loss and grief processing and resolution, and satisfaction with feelings about yourself or your direction. I will provide a safe, caring, nonjudgemental environment focusing on your strengths as well as areas of pain and distress. My practice is focused on individual adults and couples. My experience and training includes client-centered, attachment, interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness. I work from some combination of these several perspectives depending on your needs and goals, with attention to your history as well as focusing on changing today.
