I feel privileged when a distressed individual or couple allows me to accompany and guide them through their healing journeys. My clients include adults and adolescents who are dealing with issues such as anticipatory or post-death grief, difficulty adjusting to life transitions (including but not limited to adolescence, launching of children, empty nest, job loss), depression, stress or anxiety, traumatic stress, couple problems, divorce, blended family adjustment, and adult survival from childhood sexual abuse.
