I'm a holistic counselor who employs positive psychology to help you make room for difficult emotions, deal with trauma, manage stress and help you live the life you want. In my therapy room you'll experience a caring approach focusing on your healing and empowerment. LGBTQAI+ (and non labeling) clients work with me to improve their lives from a place of strength. I'm listed as a mental health provider through True Colors, Sexual Minority Youth & Family Services, Connecticut. Through meditation, mindfulness, talk therapy and humor, too, I treat individuals and couples: all genders, non-binary and sexual orientation.
