Hi, I’m Susan Jones, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and author who specializes in helping children, adults, and families heal the stories childhood leaves behind. My approach blends mindfulness-based and narrative therapies with the Enneagram and attachment-informed care to foster self-awareness, compassion, and connection. I believe growth begins with understanding the stories we carry—in our thoughts, emotions, and bodies—and learning to rewrite them with curiosity and grace. In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know you—your story, current concerns, and the hopes you have for our work together. My goal is to create a calm, compassionate space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood. We’ll begin by identifying patterns and themes from your life story that may be shaping your present experiences.
